To provide support, advice and expertise to
managers and employees across the university in staff relations matters.
Responsible for a wide range of personnel related activities;
Appointments, leaves, overtime, HR letters etc
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree in Business administration or relevant
HR Diploma is a plus Experience
At least 9 to 11 years of relevant experience of which at least 5 years in an HR Managerial
Position Skills:
Customer service orientation
SAP knowledge is a plus
Fluent English language skills
Very strong knowledge of HR practices, Labor Law, Social insurance is a must
Strong knowledge of business and management and leadership skills
Critical thinking skill, judgment and decision making.
Gender Any
Experience 10-15 Years.
